2021/2022 winter is the 3rd season for the Roslyn Snow Plot. This is an effort of Elon Opp as part of his continuing personal science project.

Weekdays the observation is usually taken around 7:30 AM while on weekends should be completed no later than 9 AM. Currently, rain gauge measurements from the weather station about a block away from the plot, click here.

Snow Plot Station

Weather Station - La Crosse View Weather Station which includes temperature gauge, wind gauge (currently broken), and water collector (currently broken).

Snow Study Plot - Constructed a 6’ total snow stake for snowpack and 24 hour snow board for snow fall.
